Katarina Witt measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Katarina began skating on ice when she was five. Then, her abilities became apparent and in Karl-Marx-Stadt she enrolled in an institution specifically designed for children who have athletic talents. It was here that she was introduced to her coach Jutta Muller. Her breakthrough year was in 1982, when she placed second at the World Championships in Copenhagen. Since that time her elegance and grace captured the eye of all. Then she began dominating this sport. Olympic triumph Katarina (now Witt) was awarded the Figure Skating gold medal at Sarajevo in the Sarajevo Winter Games. The victory she won four years earlier was a lot closer. The free skater was unable to win, but she won the gold medal in the mandatory figures and the short program. Witt became the first woman to take home a gold medal in both women's and men's figure-skating since Sonja Hiene. Hall of Fame After enjoying the success of an actress, Witt returned to the figure skating sport to take part in the 1994 Lillehammer Winter Games. Witt was seventh in the competition, and she delighted the crowd even though she didn't win the medal. Witt was elected into the World Figure Skating Hall of Fame in 1995.
